Due to the success of our Dynasty Throwdown event we are excited to host our second official CrossFit Event: SUMMER KNIGHTS.
This will be an Interclub event meaning that members from our downtown location can also participate.
We will have divisions for Rx and Scaled, teams of 4. Teams will consist of 2 Male and 2 Female competitors.
